2. Subscription & Billing
AdJET Systems is billed on a recurring subscription basis unless otherwise stated.
By subscribing, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your payment method
automatically.
You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund past charges.
Additional billing terms are outlined in our Refund & Billing Policy.
3. Customer Data
You retain all rights to the data you store in our system.
You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to operate the platform.
You are responsible for securing permission to store and message your own contacts.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Service for:
● Spam or unsolicited messaging
● Illegal activity
● Harassment or abuse
● Sending misleading or fraudulent content
● Uploading harmful code
Violation may result in suspension or termination.
5. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee:
● Specific lead volumes
● Sales outcomes
● Marketing results
● Conversion rates
You are responsible for your own business performance.
6. Service Availability
We strive for high uptime, but the Service may experience:
● Maintenance periods
● Upgrades
● Technical interruptions
● Third-party outages
We are not liable for downtime but work to restore service quickly.
7. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
● Violations of Terms
● Abuse of the platform
● Payment failures
● Fraud or suspicious activity
You may terminate your account at any time through support.
8. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, templates, website designs, and materials produced by AdJET Systems
remain our intellectual property.
You may not.
● Copy
● Resell
● Repurpose
● White-label
● Reverse-engineer
…without explicit written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
AdJET Systems is not liable for:
● Lost profits
● Lost data
● Lost revenue
● Business interruptions
● Damages arising from use of the platform
Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Service.
10. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of new Terms.

REFUND & BILLING POLICY

Your subscription renews on the same day each month.
2. No Refunds for Subscription Fees
Because AdJET Systems provides immediate access to software, templates, automations, and digital tools:
All subscription payments are non-refundable.
No partial refunds are provided for unused time or mid-cycle cancellations.
You may cancel at any time to stop future billing.
3. Cancellation Policy
To cancel:
You must submit a cancellation request through support or your account
Your service will remain active until the end of your billing cycle
No refunds will be issued for the current cycle
We do not cancel subscriptions retroactively.
4. Failed Payments & Account Suspension
If a payment fails:
We will retry the payment automatically
You will be notified via email
After repeated failures, your account may be suspended
Suspended accounts lose access until payment is updated.
5. Paid Services, Add-Ons, or Custom Work
Projects such as:
Websites
Funnels
Graphic design
Custom automations
Strategic setups
Consulting or ads services
…are billed separately and are non-refundable once work begins.
6. Price Changes
We may update subscription pricing in the future.
If we do:

You may choose to continue or cancel
7. Account Termination
